When we hear the word practice, yoga often comes to mind- flowing through postures, connecting breath to movement, and arriving at a place of stillness. But practice is so much more than what happens on the mat. It is a way of showing up for ourselves, again and again, in both big and small ways.

 

Every choice we make…whether it’s journaling in the morning, preparing a nourishing meal, pausing to breathe deeply during a stressful moment, or even committing to getting enough sleep, is a form of practice. And with each repetition, we lay another stone in the path toward a healthier, more balanced life.

 

 

 

Practice Builds Resilience
